What it does

Quick entry
One tap logs pain. Energy, mood (1 to 10), tags, a note and the date are optional. A measure you don't touch is not saved.
Home summary
Today's pain, energy and mood at a glance, a seven-day chart, your logging streak and small wins.
Analysis and reports
See 7, 30 or 90 days with sleep and pain side by side. Make a PDF or CSV report with the parts you choose; the temporary file is deleted after you share it.
Health Connect
If you allow it, Sunnote reads your heart rate, steps and sleep from Health Connect, read-only, to show them next to your entries. It never writes to Health Connect.
Health history
Medications with local reminders (names hidden on the lock screen by default), doctor visits, lab results, documents, conditions, allergies, surgeries and vaccines, plus a one-page health summary.
Encrypted and lockable
The database is encrypted with a random key kept in your phone's secure storage. An optional app lock asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
Encrypted backup
An optional backup protected by your password and a recovery code, so only you can open it. You can also export and restore by hand.
29 languages
Including right-to-left languages, with light and dark themes.

A journal, not medical advice

Sunnote is a personal journal. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device. If a symptom worries you, talk to a health professional.

Privacy

Sunnote has no accounts, and the Android app does not ask for internet access. Your entries stay on your phone, encrypted. Read the full privacy policy.
